The children's holiday program 1,2,3 SOLEIL kicks off with Søren Aagard's Prepper's Lab. Here they will be preserving, spicing and snacking. The children will learn how to make peaches even sweeter and at the same time preserve them, how to make pickles and how to prepare delicious vegetables. Afterwards, there will be bathing fun and games. The self-designed and filled preserving jars are taken home at the end of the workshop.
