Dabkids

Dancing connects! The artist Medhat Adaabal invites the children at Dabkids to dance dabke in the middle of the Sommerbad Humboldthain. Together they learn the traditional circle dance, which is very popular in many variations in the Middle East and an important expression of regional culture. The focus is on the fun of moving together and the belief in community and being together. Through energetic steps, jumps and turns, the little dancers express their joy and solidarity. They are musically accompanied by Ali Hasan.

Previous experience is not necessary.
