with MommyShark, Julia Lwowski & Ensemble Trisolde, Hasta la vista, baby (2026) (series of music - theatre by Maria Buzhor)

Finissage
The finissage of PRÉSENT also marks the conclusion of the performance series MommyShark, curated by Maria Buzhor.
To close the series, Ensemble Trisolde presents Astra La Vista Baby. The world is on the brink, yet the ensemble refuses to abandon ship. Travelling between Pavarotti, Boney M, Star Trek, and The Terminator, the performers ask how we can stay afloat when the future begins to falter. Astra La Vista Baby is a wild, tender, and idiosyncratic journey through sound, spacecraft, and utopian imagination.
After the performance, we invite you to join us in celebrating the closing of this year’s summer programme.
MommyShark is a performance series for this never-ending season of heat: entertaining, inescapable, and unsettling. Time bandits, an uncanny entertainer, and unruly bodies mingle with beachgoers, drawing them into in-between realities—where the earworm is already baring its teeth, but hasn’t yet begun to bite.
MommyShark is curated by Maria Buzhor.
